ADVISEMENT
The purpose of the advisement programs is to build meaningful connections between the educators and students resulting in improved student academic achievement. The advisement program connects students, parents, educators, and community members. The Personal Learning Plans (PLP) drive the learning program for the school and for each student, and these individual learning plans will be supported by our highly supportive advisory system within a democratic learning community. This approach is integral to facilitate the success of our youth as self-directed producers and learners. PLPs provide students ample opportunities to take ownership over the path and pace of their learning, set learning goals and monitor their own progress.
